Tim Carroll's tenth CD and first live release finds him "opening up" for Elizabeth Cook, the Americana princess and Outlaw Country radio host, in 2012 at Eddie's Attic in Decatur, GA. The 14-song set showcases Tim's songwriting, vocal, and guitar talents in selections spanning nearly two decades of solo work. Elizabeth joins in on acoustic guitar and background vocals on two tracks, along with Bones Hillman on upright bass. The high-fidelity live recording, lively between-song banter, and D.S. Smith paintings of TC photos round out Opening Up.
